Who can use the Satisfaction Guarantee?
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is available to all users with the following guidelines:
First session with a new advisor
The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first-ever session with any specific advisor. If you've chatted with an advisor before, subsequent sessions with that same advisor are not eligible.
Once every 30 days
You can use the Satisfaction Guarantee once every 30 days. This gives you the flexibility to explore multiple new advisors over time.
Up to $50 in credits
We'll credit your account for the session cost, up to a maximum of $50.
Request within 7 days
You must contact our support team within 7 days of your session to request Satisfaction Guarantee credits.
